Enquiries and quoting
First response, and an explanation of what a published price does and does not cover before anything is committed.
There is no gallery of headshots here. Work moves between whoever is covering the queue that week, and pinning one name to it would misrepresent who did it.
Replies come from whoever is handling the queue, signed with their own name. If a question needs someone else, you are told it has been passed on.
Four functions. Which person is on which one changes week to week.

Scheduling, operator coordination and the day-to-day running of a confirmed booking.
The pages you are reading, and the corrections that follow when something on them turns out to be wrong.
Changes, cancellations and complaints once a booking is confirmed. The part nobody advertises and everybody eventually needs.
Every figure on this site goes through this before it appears.
No awards. No industry rankings. No years-of-experience figures. No professional memberships. Not because none could ever exist, but because none of them can currently be evidenced with a link, and a site that publishes unverifiable credentials has no standing to tell you which operator to trust.
If that changes, it appears here with the certificate number or the citation attached, not as a claim.
A name at the bottom of it, an answer to the question you actually asked, and a clear statement when we do not know. If your question needs an operator to answer it, you are told that rather than given a guess with confidence attached.
Because the work moves between whoever is covering the queue that week. A single name and face on this page would misrepresent who actually did it.

None are claimed here. Where a licence genuinely applies to work we do, it belongs on the page about that work with its number attached.
Every figure is traced to the operator, regulator or government office that issues it. What cannot be confirmed is marked unconfirmed.
A real person reads it and signs the reply. That is the whole promise, and it is one we can keep.
